She holds a PhD and MSc in Urban and Regional Planning and is a registered Professional Planner (SACPLAN) and Project Management Professional (PMP).

Rory Baker brings a wealth of experience in socio-economic development and strategic partnership management. 

He holds a BA(General), a BA (Hons.) in Psychology, and an MA in Clinical Psychology.

His expertise in strategic planning, communication, and negotiation enables him to create shared value and drive sustainable growth across Southern Africa.

Dr Rakesh Mohanlal brings extensive expertise in corporate governance, financial management, and risk mitigation. 

He holds a PhD in Finance, an MBA in Finance, a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management, an Advanced Diploma in Organisational Leadership, and a Bachelor of Commerce.

Cindy Ruddeck

Cindy Ruddeck brings extensive experience in EE & Skills Development reporting (WSP/ATR), B-BBEE enablement, IR and policy design, audit/inspection readiness, and change & D&I initiatives—underpinned by data-driven HR analytics, training facilitation, and strong stakeholder alignment. 

She holds a Masters in Leadership (Organizational Leadership), an Honours in Information Science and a BA in Psychology for Professional Contexts.
